The next one is the patra. They were only found in the dungeons.
When you did find them, there were plenty to go around. The Middle bigger eyeball controlled all the other small ones, sometimes there being over 10 floating around the screen, nearly impossible to dodge.

I've been playing Zelda on and off, and I'm at the final dungeon, and i haven't even seen these guys yet. They only appear in the final dungeon, but toward the end of it, since they're considered one of the most frustrating enemies in the game.

Love it! It's rather spooky, isn't it. I especially like the four wings, as opposed to the smaller ones with two. Nice touch there!
